I work for an underfunded nonprofit, and no matter what I accomplish, I end almost every day feeling like I'm further behind than I was the day before. So I take Saturdays off. I go for a hike somewhere beautiful and, at least for a day, I set work aside. I don't know how other people keep going forward in the face of everything.
