Cave people were the original home decorators. Some of the oldest known art in the world was found in the Chauvet Cave in France. Early humans painted lions, mammoths, and rhinos in charcoal and ochre, using the contours of the rock to bring the animals to life. I have a folder of more than 3,600 images I’ve never shared, and every once in awhile, I like to sort them by date and see whethere there’s anything about a particular place or experience that might be fun to share.
